⚠ Read if: you enjoyed reading Gone Girl and other similar novels.First off, I’d have to say that listening to an audiobook with a British-accented author is quite amazing.
Okay, now. I would just like to say that I quite enjoyed listening to this. There is something about audiobooks that intensifies mysteries more than if you read them. Just my opinion, though.
This is a story about Hannah and her new neighbors, Matt, Laura and April Mason. She is undergoing personal troubles while having to witness her neighbors with domestic problems.
I love how the parts were written, and how bits of clarity were given from time to time. There were amazing plot twists and the ending is quite surprising. This story is full of lies and unreliable narrators you can grow crazy by choosing which one to believe.
It also has a redeeming growth for the main character, which is what she deserves at the end.
My first read from the author and I’m excited to read her other works.
